Keep in mind that a good workout program will not focus on one area, but promote the general health of your body. If you think you are already fit, and would like to simply add excercises for calves and thighs, try squats and lunges for your thighs, calf raises for your calves, and crunches and reverse crunches for your abs (stomach).
Remember that these will work better in coordination with a general fitness regimen like running, swimming, skating, or cycling. You should promote the general health of your body in addition to strengthening and toning just a few areas.
