I've just turned seventeenNow I'm playing rugby again I may do a set of weights in the gym, then training in the evening, or weights and a run. About four days a week I'm doing two training sessions in one day. Is this too much, in addition, whenever I haven't got training I run 13 miles (about twice a week)? Also I eat so much I can't really control myself when I let myself go I just eat and eat and eat (only healthy things though, I love fuit and fibre, toast etc.). I've managed to confine it by giving up chocolate, but I still eat loads. So although everyone tells me I'm in shape I want to start eating more sensibly. Any ideas about controlling my habits?
