i weigh 131lbs, i'm 14, this isn't a huge problem, but
i would like to lose at least 10-15lbs. i need to get
my stomach, my thighs, and my hips in shape, do you
have any suggestions for me on how to cut a few pounds
with out hurting myself? i belong to the local ymca, i
just don't know what machines i should use, or how much
weight i should lift, and for how long. write back
soon with some helpful tips that will work for me.
