If you want a six-pack, you have to do abdominal exercises
regulalry. It means you should work your abs 4-5 times a week
performing about three sets an repetitions until failure. Don't do
only simple crunches, try different execersises for building up your abs.
There is one more important thing : without a balanced nutrition you will never
see your abdominals. Sure, with plenty of excercise you will have strong abs, but it
will be hiding under you fat.
