after an injury, i was unable to exercise. This lasted for years as I grew lazy and unmotivated and my once skinny frame grew fatter and weight accumulated around my hips, thighs and butt. I now really want to lose this unsightly fat and tone up;flatten my stomach and tighten my butt. Every time I draw up a fitness program I give up after the first day and I am constantly bingeing as I cannot control my eating. I need to get thin and fast. Do you have any suggestions or exercises to rid me of my prominent 'saddlebags'
