Hello to all.
I am 19 years old and I am from Poland. I am 180cm tall and I weight about 130kilos. I really want to get rid of my overweight. I tried once and lost 10 kilos in two month but next month I got 15kilos.
Could anyone help me please. I feel that I need someone who will take control over me and tell me what to do each day.
The only thing that I want is to be normal
