Im 17 and i am sick of being so skinny, i try to eat alot but i just cant gain wieght. I have actually lost 5 pounds. I know one of my problems is that i smoke, and it shows when i play football with my friends or any sport. Please tell me what i have to do to get some muscle on my skinny bones. Im willing to try. Thanx.
