I need some hints about some exercices at home.
I'am in lack of time to be able to go at the gym
since the two past month. I returned to school full
time during the day & after I work 'till 00h, the time I came back home forget about the gym!
I bought a multiple exercices bar ( the one wich is kind of twisted ) of 70/80 pounds and individuals
weights of 30/50 pounds.
I'am 24 years old, 6'1 & 185 pounds
I'm still in shape but i feel that I'am getting out of
shape.
I would like to fit my:
- stomach
- back
- & my damn
