You're ideal weight is not a set number and don't let anyone tell you differently. Rather your ideal weight is where you feel overall most healthy. Get into an exercise routine gradually. Start walking a couple of days a week. After a couple of weeks step up to walking a few days per week. After a couple of weeks of that, add a couple of days of weight training. Give it a chance, draw up a plan, a long term goal- it's not gonna happen all at once.
