Im a 55 year old male,in poor physical shape.For years
I have been living what i thought was the good live.
But now i find myself in a position where I have,stiffness
every morning getting out of bed.I work as a courier so
I dont get much exercise.At present I am smoking 50-70
cigarettes a day,and drinking whisky every other night.
I know I must start slow but I would like to know how to
start a program with-out overdoing it.In the past when
I tried to get started I always gave up about 1 week
into it this time I like to last longer,any suggestions
that would help me please.I am 5 feet 10 inches tall.
And my wieght is 256 pounds,I would like to get down to
about 180 and if not no smoking at least cut down,I
do not smoke when i am doing physical things.The whisky
I know I can cut that out if I get going on a good
program,because I have done that before.
