I have a concern that I don't see covered too many places. I am a 35 year old male with too much excess fat on my upper chest...man boobs.
They are embarassing and I give up trying to reduce or tone them up. Is it too late; is liposuction an alternative?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
