Know what I think. I think you are probably eating more calories than you need. So you don't burn all of the calories.
It is probably that or the time you walk.You should either walk in the morning before you eat breakfast or in the evining,
also before you eat. Last your body needs more than just walking. You need to do other things. One more thing. It could
be that you are losing fat and gaining muscle. It just isn't showing.The weight of fat is less than muscle.
