I'm 31, 5'8" tall, and weigh 187 lbs. I would like to know what my ideal weight is and some diet and exercise advice to get back into shape. Had a pretty traumatic year and have gained about 60 lbs. Very depressed and embarassed to go out in public being this heavy.
