Look, first things first - at least you think you're thin - I know loadsa girls who are still trying to get it into their heads that they are not overweight - and they're not!!
The best type of exercise you can do to tone up muscles is (please don't laugh!)....ballet!! No, really I started when I was 2 and a half years old and it really kept me in shape. Or have you tried cycling?! It's really easy and doesn't take too much effort!
