This is where it all starts. Diet and Exercise are the keys that will unlock a beautiful, strong, and health body.
Most people exercise between 3 and 4 days per week. Three days per week is the minimum necessary to improve yourself. Training too many days can lead to overtraining and injury. The body needs time to adapt. For most people three days a
week is best.
Exercise will help you build strong muscles and bones and will increase the body's endurance capacity - but only if the exercise is back up with a proper diet.
Eat the right diet to keep health not just for weight loss.
