Mars Academy Mission Goals

To demonstrate effectively the feasibility of sending humans to Mars and returning them safely to Earth in reasonably good health.

To establish a foothold for future missions with the long term objective of colonizing the planet.

To perform scientific research on the surface of Mars using the mobility and resourcefulness of human beings.

In particular, to resolve the issue of whether there is life on Mars

To unite men and women of different nationalities in a common effort to expand human presence in the Solar System.
