CreditsIn order to produce this site, we have extensively researched many online resources that are detailed at the Mars Links page. Together with Internet resources, we have browsed through most of the CDROMs related to the subject. Of those, the Return to Mars Educational Multimedia CD-ROM produced by NASA Ames Center For Mars Exploration Images of landing sites included at the Mars Academy have been copied from this disk with permission from CMEX. There are very few textbooks available in Argentina on the topic. An invaluable help has been the compilation of papers "Strategies for Mars, a Guide to Human Exploration", edited by Carol Stoker and Carter Emmart. Another useful refernce for the Mars introduction aws "The New Solar System" from Beaty and Chailkin. For the section on Life on Mars we used "Terraforming : Engineering Planetary Environments" from Martyn Fogg. Regarding other written materials, we had access to our school library's magazine collection, including some interesting general articles. Astronomical images of Mars, Earth, etc. are public domain NASA original images. All other graphs and pictures have been made by the authors. All texts, unless otherwise stated, have been written by the authors. We wish to extend our gratitude to all the experts (Dr. Bell, Dr.Stuster. Dr. Bachelard., Dr. Edgett and Mr. Passy) that helped us in our web chats and our participants from all over the world. The section Members Online contains contributions from our participants. |
