HELP!

Need some help? Well we can't tell you how to work everything, but we can tell you the basics about manuvering through our web site. First of all, it is very necessary that you view our site using the latest version of the Netscape Navigator World Wide Web browser. You can download a free copy to install and use on your computer by following the link provided. Netscape is the Internet's most powerful browser that gives users the widest variety of Web capabilities. If you don't use Netscape, things may not work properly, or you may not get the full effect of this web site and you'll miss out on a lot.

Well, since you're at this page, you must have some idea as to how navigation in this site works. This site is mainly composed of 3 frames (sections in the browser window) -- the title, the navigation bar (main menu), and then the main frame (the biggest section of all). As long as you're always within this web site, the navigation bar and title will always remain on your screen. The main frame will be the section that will be changing to give you the information you request when you click on certain items and such. But when you click on a link that leads to a totally separate web site, then a new browser window will load and that window will handle that specific page. Pretty simple, huh?

The navigation bar to the left is used for easy access to all of our main sections. Feel free to click on the buttons and check them out! Don't worry, if you get confused or stuck, the navigation bar is always there, and you can click on it to take you to whatever section of our site you want, even back here!
