Our Primary Research – Survey

Brief introduction of our sample audience
Singapore is a cosmopolitan and developed nation, which is representative of many other developed countries in the world. As our target audience is youths from developed countries, we have decided to choose citizens of Singapore as our sample audience. We did a stratified sampling on the Singapore’s population in attempt to find out the level of understand people from developed countries. Instead of only looking at the youth population, we have decided to investigate the level of awareness of World Hunger of the youths in comparison with the other age groups.

The different strata are as follows:
● 20 from each group, Total sample size of 120
● Group S1: Primary (Elementary School)
● Group S2: Secondary (Middle School to Junior Colleges)
● Group S3: Tertiary (University & Beyond)
● Group A1: Age group 30-40
● Group A2: Age group 40-50
● Group A3: Age group 50 & beyond (Retirees included)
