Overcome your fear in five steps -Self Help

STEP ONE :
Intai trebuie sa accepti ca iti este frica. (In 'Romonia')
IDENTIFY YOUR FEAR:
EXAMPLE : You have fear for Heights.
My fear is ! I am afraid of Heights!

| I am afraid even to climb hills or travel in Flight. But I would like to climb up and enjoy the Beautiful World around me from a Height.Is it possible for me to overcome my fear? |
STEP 2
Apoi trebuie sa te confrunti direct si gradat cu situatia sau persoana care trezeste aceasta stare

Talk to people about your fear, who had had the same problem and could overcome it.
Let me talk to some people

STEP 3:
Alcatuieste un plan de bataie.
SKETCH A ROUGH PLAN TO BATTLE WITH YOUR FEAR

From a tall building through grilled window of firstfloor, second floor which ever you feel comfortable, peep out. Search for some Beautiful Scenaries and other things.
* After you get habituated to this height through grills, come out to the balcony of the same floor and again enjoy the same beauty in open space
* Repeat these till your fear reduces to some extent.
* Climb up some high altitudes with friends and family
* Enjoy some Beautiful Pictures taken from High Altitudes and from Aircrafts.
