Almost any whole, fresh fruit has a similar profile. Avoid avocados, however, which are high in fat and also have more protein. Perhaps due to the presence of fiber, fruit produces a slower, more gradual effect than other carbohydrate foods.
Any 100% real fruit juice will do.
