The students should then read the
pages Cutting Down Fats and Cholesterol, Tasty Food
without Salt, and Food Guide Pyramid
As a class draw the Food
Guide Pyramid and go over the different categories
Finally, the students each
should write an expository essay, explaining what they
could do to improve their diet
