Pitching Grips

Fastball Split Finger
Angle zero-degrees/palm facing towards the catcher zero-degrees/palm facing towards the catcher
Grips second and middle fingers across four seams or two seams same as the fastball but with second and middle finger "split"
Screwball Curveball
Angle 90-degree/palm facing away from you 90-degree/palm facing in towards you
Grips Second and middle fingers across two seams. The entire hand should end up with the palm facing down or back. Second and middle fingers across two seams. Spin is given by applying pressure with middle finger while flicking wrist downward.
Slider Sinker
Angle 45-degree/palm half facing in towards you 45-degree/palm half facing away from you
Grips Index and middle finger should be placed along seam on two seam side of baseball. Middle finger will cut across the center axis of the ball turning towards you same as the slider but with the middle finger turning away from you
