Introduction


ActiveX is a programming language, designed by Microsoft, that is similar to Java. It is currently supported only by Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0+. It has many of the same uses as Java, but is more specialized for multimedia. More information about ActiveX is available from Microsoft's Web Site.
