Introduction

When preparing to create a web site, you must first obtain some web space to put it on. One of the most popular FREE web space providers is GeoCities. They have a great program and there are no costs involved. With their program, you get 2Mb of web space to put your page on. Check out their site at http://www.geocities.com for more information. After obtaining web space, you must create a web page. Finally you will need to upload your page. (NOTE: The name of the file that you get when you visit a site, without a filename specified, is index.html. You must have the .html extension or it will not work.)
