Tessellation System 7C

This tesselation system consists of interlocking rectangles, each of which contains one of the two motifs. To fill the plane, the motifs have been translated (shifted) horizontally. The motifs were then glide-reflected vertically and in both directions diagonally. Glide-reflection is the process of translating an object and then reflecting (flipping) it over the line it followed while being translated.
