Welcome to the Trail Head! It is from this point which all you future Backpackers will start your adventure in learning. The sections, which you travel to through the above buttons, are divided into six sections. First is the Equipment section which outlines the many types of gear necessary for a successful Backpacking trip. The second section is Flora & Fauna. In this section a hiker can discover all about the different types of Flora (Plants) and Fauna (Animals) most likely found along the trails. The third section is entitled Locations which is simply a map of the biggest and best trails found throughout the US. The fourth section is called History. This section, as the title implies, explains the History behind the great sport of Backpacking. Camp Site is the name of the fifth section. Here is where you can find helpful tips and ideas for the setup of your campsite. The sixth and final section is a Quiz which drills checks out the knowledge you have hopefully acquired through our page.
