|Wheat Flour||1 cup|
|Water||1/4 to 1/2 cup|
|Ghee (Melted butter)||1/2 cup|
Mix all of the above ingredients (except the ghee) together to form a stiff dough. Knead well until the dough becomes smooth. Cover this and keep aside for 2 hours.
Pinch off a handful of dough and roll into a ball. Flatten evenly into a thin circle with a rolling pin. Pour 1/4 tsp. of ghee onto the circle of dough and spread it evenly around the dough. Fold the dough into a triangle, and flatten it evenly again into a circle.
Pour 1/2 teaspoon of ghee onto a hot griddle. Flip paratha until golden-brown on both sides.
