Anyway, here's the deal. You click below to go to the builder, which runs a Java applet. It's a builder application where you can build structures (such as bridges and towers) using joints and beams and then save them to our server. Once they are saved, all the bridges are accessible via the Viewer. Using the Tester, you will then be able to put a load on your structure and test it.
For instructions, see the Quick Start. This is highly recommended even just so you can understand the menu and key controls in the applet.
