Here you are. Welcome! This is a site about engineering. Perhaps we should say this is a site FOR engineering. The point is, you won't be spoon-feed dull information. Here, you will design and test your own structures and share what you learn with others. You can view everyone's design and learn from each other. We encourage you to communicate in the hopes that you will teach each other. We don't want to be the engineer or architect who you tells you what to build. We just want to be the guys down at the hardware store who suggests the tools and supplies.
Let's break it down:
Information Center: All the gritty technical stuff. Feed your Brain!!
The Builder: A Java Applet that allows you to design your beam and joint structure!
The Tester: A Java Applet that allows you to test the strength of your structure! It reveals your design skills.
The Viewer: A nifty Java Applet that extrudes the structures (yours and others) and allows you to view them all in 3D.

However, we are ignorant in the fields of dream analysis and dance choreography. Any attempt to ask us how to perform the Macarena is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to ask us to explain to you what it means if you have a dream about doing the Macarena will also be ignored.
