
Kevin McGrath is an active member in Arundel High School’s computer club. He
participates in Arundel’s honors program and is involed in extracuricular activities,
including Maryland Virtual High School, JV Golf, Boy Scouts, Skiing, and JV Track.
Kevin is currently working on web pages for the Science and Math Dept. of Arundel.
Brad Swift is an ice hockey enthusiest who participates in Arundel Cross Country,
Track, Golf, Boy Scouts, skiing, and advance classes. He is an Eagle Scout and
whitewater-rafter who will be moving to a new school, Archbishop Spalding for the 1997-
98 school year.
Steve Cernik is a skiing enthusiest who heads Arundel’s MVHS club, and is
currently building his own computer from scratch. He takes all A.P classes, participates in
the Naval Academy’s metorship program, and is very involved in community service.
Brad and Kevin are Sophmores, while steve is a Senior. They three did not
previously know each other, but became acquainted through the Arundel’s computer
(MVHS) club. Brad lives in Gambrills (Maryland), a rural farming community, while
Steve and Kevin live in Crofton and Crofton Meadows, respectively. Most of Arundel’s
students are form middle class families in the Washington D.C. Suburbs, around 40% are
of African American origin, 50% caucasion, and 2% other. All three share an interest in
skiing, programming, and web page design. Be sure to fill out the Feedback Forms.
