cyclist, with an information source and education that is useful
to your needs in many areas of the sport, no matter what level
you're at.

Text/Articles/Research:
- All writing in the three major areas of this
site (Mountain Biking, Road Biking, Safety & Nutrition)
including articles, reviews, descriptions, etc. (excluding the MTB
Slang Dictionary), is original and was accomplished by the three
of us, Grant, Patrick, and Jeff. Please use what we've given you
as a source for facts and information, just as we used our
resources, but we take pride in our work and would not like it
copied. If you are interested in reprinting any part of these
areas in any media form you must first obtain written permission
from us. You can use the feedback form to contact us.

section, unless noted below, were written by us and the same rules
as above apply to them.
- Thanks to Tracy of Red
Rock Cyclery for letting us use their
southern Utah/northern Arizona trails in our list of

- When we got started we felt the best way to
work would be to divide the page sections among the three of
us:
- Patrick: Mountain Biking
- Jeff: Road Biking
- Grant: Safety & Nutrition, Other minor
sections (Links, Guestbook, etc.)
- The site itself was created and edited using
the following programs:
- ClarisHomepage
- SimpleText (MacOS Text Editor)
- Adobe PageMill (better for form creation
then Homepage)
- CGI
Scripts were edited using:
- SimpleText (MacOS Text Editor)
- All graphics are original and were
created/converted using:
- Adobe PhotoShop 3.0
- ClarisWorks
- Photo Imaging, Editing and Manipulation (see
Photos) was accomplished with:
CGI Scripts:
- All CGI Scripts are in Perl
- All editing and modification/recreation was
done by Grant
- Counter script is the cgi backup counter for
the Java LiveCounter obtained at the LiveCounter
Classic Home Page and used by
permission
- Feedback (Form mailer) script was obtained
from Matt
Kruse's Perl Scripts page and used by
permission
- Guestbook script was obtained from
Matt's
Script Archive site and used by
permission
- Trails_Submit, Link_Submit, and Slang_Submit
scripts were modified/recreated from the guestbook script
