Here are 8 out of the 19 rules of the Recreative Eleven City Skating-tour. They are the most important regulations. You get the regulations when you enter yourself.

3) Start and Check pass: You can only join the tour when you have got a Start and Check pass

4) To Loin: When they comply with the regulations, they are considered for join the tour

a) Member, when they enter themselves before the first December

b) Porospective member

5) To Enter: They, who want to be considered to join the tour, have to comply with the regulations:

a) You have to enter personally

b) Entering can only happen the day before the tour, between 9.00 am and 7.00 pm in Leeuwarden

e) People can only enter the tour when they are at least eighteen years old, at the day of the tour

9) Seal Posts: In every city there is a seal post. There you have to collect your stamps

10) Secret Seal Posts: There are also some secret seal posts. You also have to collect stamps there

11) Ride Rules: An entrant has to complet the tour by skate, except where you can't skate

13) Closure of the Seal Posts: The seal post in Harlingen closes at 6.15 pm, the seal post in Franeker closes at 7.00 pm, the seal post in Dokkum closes at 10.30 pm and the seal post in Leeuwarden closes at midnight

15) Eleven City Cross: Every entrant who finishes before midnight in compliance with the regulations, will receive the Eleven City Cross
