Here you can download a windows based stand-alone application version of the entire Learning Section. This program is free to download. To download the program click on the "download it" button.

Installation Instructions:

After downloading this file (pclearn.zip), create a directory to place it in. Once you put the file into the directory, uncompress the file using PKZip utilities or Winzip. (This file is in ZIP compressed format). When the file is uncompressed, there should be an EXE file called "pclearn.exe" in the directory from which it was uncompressed. To run the program simply execute the EXE file.

System Compatibility:

This program was written in MS Visual Basic and it is compatible with Windows 3.x and Windows 95/NT.
