Subject: Laws and rules
I live in a small town which there is an agency. I am 12 years old and here is my story. The agency is for foster care. Foster care is a place they give kids with bad lifes that have no money or abused families a home to stay. They have there own laws and rules to follow. All of a sudden they go back on there rules they don't follow after someone came into the job and crewed thing up. They act like there were no such thing as rules. They even lied to one of the most important people to them the judge. They told feelings of what they wanted the kids to feel in which they did not even ask about. They hurt our lives with the kids in which they took. I hoped for some answers but they never came. They are not helping the kids lifes like they are suppose to they are hurting them more then they were. I wrote my story to the vice president Al Gore I got no repley. I am sending it to Bush too. I am hoping for someone to change what they have broke. If there is any hope or if someone could help please write to me. Or you could write to OhioHorseGirl@aol.com
