Birth-Death: (1884 - 1972 ) Term: (1945-1953 )

President Truman followed his predecessor's policies during the events of World War II and the war against Japan. After the conflict was over, Truman was able to concentrate on domestic issues, and he presented a 21-point program, which became known as the Fair Deal.
