9 - Place the sheet
of negative sleeves on the paper. Or, if you
do not have a sleeve, arrange the negatives
on the paper so that all frames are over a
portion of the paper. The negatives should be
emulsion side DOWN. The emulsion side of a
negative is slightly more shiny than the
other side. |

10 - Cover the
negatives with the sheet of glass. If you do
not have the sleeve, mak sure no negatives
are crossing or are being bent. |

11 - Begin to make a
test print by using a sheet of cardboard and
covering all but one row of frames on the
negative strips. |

12 - Press the timer
button to turn on the enlarger light and
expose that row for 11 seconds. |
