- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. alum
- 10 c. sugar
- 18 red clover
- 30 white clover
- 18 fireweed blossoms
Boil water, alum, and sugar for 8 minutes. Tie clover and fireweed blossoms up in cheese cloth and place in sugar mix for 1 to 2 hours. Take the clover and fireweed out. Reheat & can.
