Captain Carbon is part of a starch in a stalk of wheat. While we could label his atom on the picture, your monitor does not support a high enough resolution to see such detail...in fact, no one has a monitor that can. Captain Carbon is so incredibly small in relation to the wheat field he cannot even be marked here.

Below is a segment of the starch amylose which contains the Captain. He is marked by the red "C". The Captain will remain in amylose until he is digested and broken down into Glucose.
