
Vitamin B6 is a water-soluable vitamin which comes in three forms:
pyridoxine, pyridoxal, and pyridoxamine.
Vitamin B6 is responsible for:
- Forming red blood cells
- Assists in the formation of genetic material
- Helps the nervous system function
- Helps convert tryptophan into niacin
