Pantothenic Acid -

Pantothenic Acid is a water-soluable vitamin important in the mentabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, along with the formation of hormones and nerve-regulating substances.

Although naturally occuring pantothenic acid deficiency has never been documented as occuring in humans, induced deficiencies have shown cramps, vomiting, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, and tingling in the hands and feet.
