The Steps The Pro's Use To Make Animation Movies

Get a cool idea because if you have a lame idea no one will want to watch your movie

Take your idea and make a storyboard or pictures of the sequence you want

Record all the cool sounds

Make a dope sheet to record the timing of each frame or part of your sequence

Draw a layout for all of your scenes

Director will use the layout and dope sheet to plan the action

Background is painted

Movements are drawn

Completed drawings are entered on the dope sheet

Movment drawings are tested on a line tester

Trace the movements onto cels

Color the cels

Combine cels and background

Send film to lab

Edit sound and pictures

Add the sound track

Lab makes final print
