Ant's Song
What do we learn from ants have you ever known
What do we learn from ants heve you ever thought
turn around take a turn
drop your ego look below
the things we lack, it's so ironic we can learn them from ants.
What do we learn from ants have you ever known
What do we learn from ants heve you ever thought
what do you find in the world of ants
learn from it cause there's nothing better than that
you'll see the soilder at the gate protecting it's colony with might and faith.
What do we learn from ants have you ever known
What dow e learn from ants have you ever thought
ants might be tiny but
but they are not whiny like we are
cause it's a fact we are broken
we are in a room full of smoke we are choking but we needn't let go.
What do we learn from ants heve you ecer known \
What do we learn from ants heve you ever thought
peace co ordination and harmony
we find all of these in an ant colony
so learn all we can from the beneficial ants.
What do we learnfrom ants heve you ever known
What do wee learn from ants heve you ever thought.
What do we learn from ants heve you ever known
What do we learn from ants heve you ever thought.
Drama Script
Humans vs. Ants
Characters:
Antrealla, an ant Sadia
Antraitor, an Narmeen
Judge Ahmed
Human 1 Iflah
Human 2 Rohan
Ant Lawyer Sania
Scene: The two representatives of ants and the two representatives of humans are seated in one area, the judge is sitting on a higher seat, and the ants are seated close to the humans. The ants' lawyer sits on the extreme side beside Ant 1.
Judge: I request the prosecution side to begin the case.
AL: Your honour, this a case under law number 302 in the ant laws. We ants have been facing the problem of being crushed by ants for centuries, and whenever we have tried to justify our rights the humans have been extremely violent with us. Today we want our rights to be justified, and that humans should stop commiting the crime of crushing ants.
Judge: Order, Order (banging his hammer) So you ants are saying that humans commit the crime of crushing you, well to tell the truth there is no rule in our laws which says that crushing ants is a crime, but as I am supposed to go about this case by using both the ants' rulebook, and the humans' laws too I can't call this case off.
Al: I request Antraitor to come to the witness box and tell us about the tragedy humans cause for ants.
Judge: Alright I want Antraitor to enter the witness box
A1: Your honor all the humans are stamping on our ant hills, and through their actions it seems as if they are intending to endanger our species.
Human1: I object your honor. These creatures infest our house, and try to eat our food, why should we not crush them?
(on hearing this AL starts crushing a necklace of Human 1)
Human1: What are you doing that's my necklace stop crushing it?
(AL doesn't stop)
Human2: Are you deaf or something. Stop crushing that necklace you worthless ant.
AntLawyer:Your necklace was annoying me. It was infesting the table H1
Human1: Ugh!!!! Put that down. Immediately stop crushing it or else
Human2: it can not annoy you, and its not infesting the table.
AntLawyer: Such a lot of justice needed for a necklace , but what about us. We don't infest your houses either, we don't annoy you then why your honour why are we crushed? We are living creatures, think aabouyt us before that necklace.
Antrator:(adding on impatiently) For your information, we don't infest your house, we only come in there for the search of food, and we never knew you minded.
Human2 : Coughing sarcastically. Oh! So your honor now these ants mean to say that they are extremely innocent, and that they do us no harm.
(On hearing this, the ants start reddening with anger)
(Then the ants talk to each other in their weird accent. They converse in Anturdu, which is one of the most widely spoken languages amongst the ants all over the world)
Antrealla :
Whit shill I siy??
Antrator:
Tha’ til thim about thi scavinger thingy.
Antrealla:
inly thits nit eniugh.
Antrator:
till thim alsi abiut thi lissins thiy lirn frim is.
Antrealla: thits cirrict niw sii hiw thiy hive nithin ti siy.
(As Anrealla opens her mouth to speak, the humans interrupt )
Human1: What happened? Your honor as the ants don’t have much more to say, let’s close the case. I told you that these are annoying creatures, and have wasted our time by coming here. They can do us no benefit, but enjoy harming our social lives, just as they have wasted our precious time here.
AL: Your honour my clients still have a lot to say and I would request the humans to stop blabbing away Huh!
Antraitor: Ahem! Your honor we have lots to say, lots and lots of objections to make. If the humans say that we have harmed them by wasting their time then they are quite wrong, and if you humans think that we are harming you, then you are wrong! Your honor, may we have the permission to tell these humans, about how good ants are to humans?
(The humans roll their eyes)
Judge:
I give you permission.
Antrator:
W
ell, humans. We ants are scavengers, and we eat away dead organisms. If we would not eat the dead organisms then your homeland would be dirty and smelly.
Antrealla:
So now your honor, as the humans know what a great favor we do to them, can they tell us how humans help ants?
(
The judge turns towards the humans)
( The humans stay quiet and feel a little ashamed)
Antrealla: yes humans please do inform us about that factor.
Human2: Well, Uh! Umm! Err!
We humans let ants enter our houses to get their food.
(In a sort of stammering way)
AntlawyerL: I object your honour. My clients have something to say in objection
(The judge nods his head in approval)
Antraitor:
Oh! Yeah you really let us come in. Only yesterday, my dearest friend Antaiana came into your house and was squashed.
(Humans remain silent)
Judge:
Ants, anything else you want to say?
Antrator:
Yes, your honor. If humans study ants properly then they would see that we can teach them many things like struggling, achieving goals, willpower, teamwork, e.t.c. Someone once said that “None preaches better than the ant, and she says nothing”
Judge: That you said miss was really correct. Everyone can learn a lot from ants. So I have made my decision. Ants really deserve sympathy, because they are wonderful creatures of Almighty God, and if I say that ants are a miracle of Almighty God then my statement won’t be quite wrong. The tasks ant perform prove my statement correct. So humans should take care of ants, and if they don’t they will have to face the consequences.
Human1 and Human2: We are sorry.
Judge:Ants do you forgive them
Antraitor and Antrealla: Yes we do.
The ants happily left when the humans realized their mistake and apologized.
Ants' Compared With Humans' Social System
The differences between humans' and ants' social system:
Ants do not know the rich-poor discrimination whereas it is one of the biggest issues for humans.
Everyone must have assumed that the queen of the colony is the leader but, it isn't, ants have no leader. The queen is only there to increase the species, but how could so much peace be there in their colonies?
Ants and Humans Face to Face
This is first of the several debates held in the 'Small Court' of humans in 1866. The ants and humans argued until the ants won, and the humans had nothing to say, but then, the humans challenged the ants to another debate.
Positions:
Ants are Harmful (by humans) (4)
Ants are not Harmful (by ants) (3)
- Ants are Harmful (by humans)
Errr.. We're sorry ants you are quite right!

Huh! Why do you think the ant bit you. It must have a reason for biting you. We bite humans only when they come in our way, and prevent us from accomplishing a certain task. If you look at it the scientific way, it won't benefit us as we are not parasites. If we would've been parasites to you than biting you would be beneficial to us. And when it comes to food, we have explained this a thousand times that we don't jump in the food that you're already eating but eat the food which is kept aside. This whole problem would finish if you humans would give us some of your food by yourself ,and when it comes to the "crying when dying" factor we're pretty sure that you won't laugh when you would be killed.

Ants are harmful, just the other day an ant bit me right under my chin while I was sleeping, they also eat our food and then cry because they are killed.
