Meet the Ants' Representatives

    Hi! friends I am Antraitors but I am not a traitor, I am a theif ant. Let me give you a brief introduction about thief ants, they have brownish and yellowish tones of colour. My species are called thief ants because we usually go to other ants nest and steal food and eggs.We are also called "Grease Ants" because we are attracted to grease.

Let me tell you about myself,I am a Carpenter Ant.We build nests in dead damp wood.We cut "galleries" in the wood grain to provide passageways for movement from section to section of the nest.
We, the Carpenter Ants are very special in all aspects as we can cut the woods, but the other ants are unable to do this.Our body structure is also a bit different.

Let me tell you something about myself. l am a HoneyPot ant. Honeypot ants are also called Honey ants or Replete ants. They are found in the American Southwest and Mexico, as well as in Australia, South Africa and New Guinea. They are called Honeypot ants because of the fascinating way in which certain members of the colony gorge themselves full of nutritional juices until they can no longer move, thus acting as living storage vessels that the other ants can tap into when they need food.

Honey ants look different depending on their status in the nest. Queens are larger and are born with wings, but tear them off with their back legs after mating. Males are smaller and keep their wings. Workers are small and do not have wings. Gorged with nectar, they can have the appearance of walking grapes.

  Hello! fellow humans and ants. My name is AntAhmed and I am a Fire or Electric ant. My colour is golden brown and my species live in Central and South America but are now spreading in Africa too. My species also live in the Pacific Isands groups such as Solomon Isands and Hawaii. I am also known as an electric ant because of the painful sting I deliver.

Oh! I forgot to tell you about myself. I am a Black Garden Ant. We make nests underground and we have to stay there till they hatch. We have to stay hungry till they hatch and we feel very angry about that but we have to . We black garden ants can kill other ants very easily.

Hello, I am Antalia, and I am from the colony named Antines. I am a Ghost ant whom our president has sent to inform you about the disasters you are creating for us. We ghost ants are hard to see, because we  are tiny and pale. Our front half is dark, the back half and legs are light. Ghost ants usually nest outdoors, but we build colonies behind baseboards, in wall voids, in cabinets of buildings where we find food, feed on dead insects, sweets, and other such delights, to satisfy our hunger.
