Team Diversity
All the team members are in the same nationality. The team diversities are present in extensive aspects such as family background, religions. beliefs and thoughts.

Abilities
Both of the teammates joined in the same organization, "The Scientific Youth Organization" but from different clubs and societies. Genta joined English Debating Club and Mathematics Club. In addition, he mastered in using computer programs for programming and design. Ika is the member of Accountancy Club. She has a great ability in talking with people and mastered in Economy discipline. At last, Anom is a member of Biology club. She has a talent in conducting biology experiments. We combine our individuals skills into a great combination to become a group.

Mindsets
We have different ways of thinking. Genta is critical, artistic and professional. He will try to do the best in the completion of the project by thinking out the box. Well, Ika is a creative person who believes in perfectionalism. She will push our project into a brilliant work. And the last but not the least, Anom. Anom is thinking straight forward and a sensitive person. She lives in the Balinese culture and she has an ambition to apply it into the project.

Cultures
We all have differences in culture. The differences were not hinder us to innovate. Rather, the differences between us, make us to complement each other and make a wonderful combination in completing this project.

Genta (Leader, Head of Multimedia and Writer)
"I'm in change of the part on preparing the multimedia such as 3D model, graphic design and video editing. I also did in constructing the idea of the narration by thinking out the box and do some researches and observations about Algae."

Ika (Interviewer, Developer and Writer)
"I did the interviews with the Environmental Organization in Denpasar City (Badan Lingkungan Hidup Kota Denpasar), National Electrical Company (Perusahaan Listrik Nasional) and Mr. Sujana (The Biology Teacher in SMA Negeri 4 Denpasar). I also prepared the surveys and polling and contributed in the construction of the narration.

Ida (Editor, Developer and Writer)
"One of my job is conducting experiments in our school biology lab. I also created poem 'Nature Tears' and become as an editor that edits every single mistype and inappropriate word. I'm aslo the one who suggest the philosophy of 'Tri Hita Karana' into the project"

Genta
He is a debater and often create projects. He won in several English debate championships at the University of Indonesia, Udayana University and in the Denpasar city selection. He also got the best innovation project award in Indonesia of My Dream Contest 2010 with Ida and often receive first and second rank at school. Moreover, he also awarded as the first winner in the Bali Business Competition held by Ciputra University.

Ika
She is a young economist and ever received Silver Medal in Indonesian Economic Olympiad in 2010. She is also a debater and often won some debate championships. Moreover, she has received the best student at school for several times and awarded as the first winner in the Bali Business Competition held by Ciputra University.

Anom
She is a young innovator and ever got the best innovation project award in Indonesia of My Dream Contest 2010 with her partner, Genta. Moreover, she also awarded as the first winner in the Bali Business Competition held by Ciputra University.

Fighting the challenges

Beginning
Starting this project, emerges new challenges. Problems block every member of this team. We started from scratch, the topics that will be taken up. We sometimes have difficulties in meeting each other and we tried finding the right time to discuss the project. Firstly, we specify our targets, so we knew what we should do next. We did the project in our spare time.

Creating
With the time we have, we unite our fresh ideas. Into a compilation of minds. We used our time efficiently because in April 2011, we had our Indonesian National Examination or we called Ujian Akhir Nasional (UAN)because we are in the last year of school.

Finishing
The time is running and we tried to complete all the tasks. Finally, we completed our tasks...... Yeah!!!!!
