Thoughts & suggestions by our target audience

During our survey, we asked our target audience:
"In order to reduce stress and depression from a teen's life what will you suggest/advise?"

These are few of the thoughts and suggestions by them.


  • Shefali:
    "I prefer taking long and long breaths till all the anger and stress is released. I even take a pen and a rough notebook and start scribbling whatever strikes me. I will suggest this to all the teenagers."

    "Never argue with the parents. It is the best powerful solution that you follow what the elders says. Also do regular meditation it really improves the mental thinking."
