This is a study of how children in poor families differ in their nutritional intake as compared to children in well-off families. This study has a very, very predictable response. The results of the survey suggest that children in poorer families have poorer nutritional intake. This is a major problem, because in the last generation, the differences were not so pronounced. Now, it seems, food is more scarce and more expensive, so the differences are showing. If this trend continues, the next generation will be even more fragmented.
