I think this is a fantastic learning site. Great job! It not only

Thanks for the help. I teach at a school for
At-Risk students and have had trouble with introducing

I am a middle age mother being blasted out of the water

Bravo! A point for easier reading -- italics for more than a few words is very difficult to read on a monitor. You have made a nice use of color (black and red) to distinguish the speakers in a dialogue. That's enough. The italics on top of the red is overkill and hard to read.
The whole site is really good looking and the presentation is fun and inviting. I'd like to spend more time if it were a little easier to read the text. Again, great job!
