A Journey Towards Freedom

This site is intended to be a dynamic online reference tool for those interested in American History. Designed by students and teachers, it is especially made to be used not only as a researching tool, but also as a forum for active discussion and place to just have fun.

This area was inspired by ThinkQuest. ThinkQuest is a contest designed to encourage teams of students and their teachers to design, create, and maintain educational web pages. This program urges students to work together over great distances, with the help of the internet, to successfully achieve their goal.

This page was designed and created by a team of three high school students and their teachers. Thanks goes to the Huntington Beach Unified High School District for providing us with space on their server to test early versions of the page.
