Be alert for drivers who:

* take wide turns

* straddle the center line

* pass extremely close to objects or other vehicles

* driver unreasonably fast or slow

* hug the shoulder, curb or edge of the road

* weave, creating a zigzag course

* fail to use headlights at night

* drive with windows open in cold weather

* stop or start in a jerky manner

* follows a driver too closely
